ROAD BONDS...
A DPPOA Road Bond is mandatory for any mechanized construction work on any lot. The bond warrants the repair of any road damage caused by the subcontractors or builders equipment during construction. No permit for construction will be approved without the bond.
The current bond application agreement is attached in PDF format and can be downloaded from this page or obtained during any regular office hours.
