PROCEDURES...

Drum Point is a beautiful place to live, and its appearance and survival depends on everyone's cooperation in helping to maintain the community. This means, being patient and occasionally helping with small tasks like mowing a road right of way or an adjacent vacant lot or picking up trash, adhering to speed limits, and helping neighbors.  We make up this community together.  Next time you hear yourself saying "Someone should ..(e.g. pick up trash)' maybe that Someone" can be you!

Issues and policies that affect the community at large are managed by DPPOA volunteers and a permanent office manager.  Note that identifying hang tags are required for property owners, renters and guests for access to the beach and boat ramp at all times. Hang tags can be obtained by contacting our DPPOA Office.

The roads within Drum Point are wholly owned and maintained by DPPOA,. Exceptions are Barreda Boulevard and portions of Chestnut and Dogwood Drives which are now County maintained roads.  Currently, all road building and paving in Drum Point is complete.  The road surface rejuvenation was completed in August 2007.  Only repairs and some storm drainage projects are active.
