Corporate Documents establish DPPOA as the legal representative of the community in all county, state and national affairs.

It is important that every resident and property owner be familiar with their contents. They directly effect you and your property. They are the 1967 Covenants, which are a part of your property deed, and the current Articles of Incorporation (Charter) and the Association Bylaws.

DPPOA has revised the documents to include current federal, state and local laws governing Commonly Owned Communities and Homeowner Associations. This is important so that you may have up to date references for the rules and regulations that govern our community.
